The beads are 8 mm and the bracelet is about 17 cm around. It has slight stretch to it and should fit 17 to 17.5 cm wrist.

Each bracelet is hand strung on two thick stretch cords and pre stretched to ensure durability. Keep away from water as much as possible so as not to break down the cord. Refrain from pulling too hard so as not to stretch and/or break the cord.
